KWF web pages and services do not purposely address anyone under the age of thirteen. However we may not knowingly collect personal identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover, that a child under 13 has provided KWF with personal information, we will immediately delete this information from our servers. If a parent or guardian has become aware, that their child has provided us with personal information, they need to contact KWF, so that we are able to take the necessary actions.

In case information for a child under 13 years of age is provided as part of a social service the KWF renders to applicants, the information will be used only in the context of the service requested and provided.
When the applicant's request for assistance includes information concerning children under the of 13 is settled, all childrens' data in connection with the case will be deleted from the server.
 
Children have the same rights as adults over their personal data. These include the rights to access their personal data; request rectification; object to processing and have their personal data erased.
An individual’s right to erasure is particularly relevant, if they gave their consent to processing when they were a child.

It is strictly forbidden to collect any (e)mail address published in this KWF website, whether the (e)mail address is obtained by:
  • using an handmatic and or automated means to extract electronic (e)mail addresses from the KWF website; each time the (e)mail address is or was obtained, a notice is herewith given that the operator of such activity will not give, sell, purvey and or transfer by any other means (e)mail addresses maintained by the KWF website to any other party for the purposes of initiating, compiling and or enabling others to initiate electronic (e)mail messages and or

In doing so the perpetrator may be subject to a prosecution in any jurisdiction having privacy and or anti-spam legislation, that prohibit or restrict the scraping and or harvesting, compiling and or use of (e)mail addresses illegally obtained from the KWF website.
